Developed a system for increasing square footage of units by baying out existing window configurations. Windows could be transferred out using a cantilevered framed floor system that could then be framed in. Proved to be fast, cost efficient and improved the appearance of exterior and interior. Also vaulted ceilings to give the illusion of a larger space.
