Zero Stars!!!!! The Worst Customer Service!!!!!
My son placed an order for me on a pair of Gothic Boots, for me to sport with my specialty Melo's in. He placed the order on 11/30/07, I didn't get the boots till mid December. They were very big in the foot & tight in the calves so I returned the boots the very next day, for exchange to a different pair using the info from the website. They assured me via e-mail that it would be no problem. For several weeks I sent e-mails and made calls to the company (rarely will anyone answer) regarding the status of my exchange. I kept getting "its in processing", Finally after e-mailing the President , The VP says that "this has been taken care" of & that the order would go out on 1/23/08. Of course it did not. On 2/8/08, the Vice Pres. e-mails that the item is backordered & that she will issue me a credit. Today it is February 18th, 2008, after inquiring for the umpteenth time, the VP says they don't have the order number so they couldn't issue the credit. I will let everyone know when my son gets his credit.
Of course I contacted the Better Business Bureau in Fl. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY. Their customer service is DIM.
