Baladi Boutique puts on a wonderful event for the Middle Eastern dance community twice a year. Shari and Bobbi are well organized. The hotel and venue is one and the same location ( no need to get up and drive back and forth) Restraunt is also located ( FRiday's) in the same location. Suites are available for large groups and troupes. there are two shows ;Friday night (recorded music) and Sat night LIVE MUSIC!!! With a very well managed stage and sound. the Saturday show is taped and made available for purchase ( nice professional touches ) Lots and Lots of vendors from all over the U.S.A. and a Bargain basement/consignment table for those on a tight budget. Dont miss checking out Baladi boutiques vendors table. there is a huge assortment of top quality hip scarves and some of the best made Cabaret style tops and belts you will ever own ( I still have the very first one I bought over 15 years ago!!! they last and last and last) There are always surprise dancers popping in to enhance the stage...it is a must be there event. - Marijahne , posted 03/04/07 |
