When I was vegan, for a year Sublime was the only restaurant I regularly visited. Now that I am living in NY most of the time, unfortunately I don't get the chance to visit Sublime as often. Also, now that I have "expanded" my food choices and become a vegetarian, I find myself going to regular restaurants more often and restaurants like Sublime less. After going to Sublime on a recent trip home, I realized what a mistake skipping over restaurants like this is! Pasta dishes and average salads get old. Sublime is a restaurant where, whether vegetarian, vegan, or ardent carnivore, you can find delicious and healthy foods and not feel like you're just settling for the only vegetarian dish on the menu. The food at Sublime is wonderful and diverse. It is, again, delicious and healthy, and all of its foods are completely cruelty-free. I recommend Sublime to anyone and everyone, vegetarian or otherwise. - Miss , posted 03/25/07 |
